This is the most important newsletter I've ever written to you. Our freedoms are at risk like they’ve never been before. The enemy is at the gates!

In 1995 in Atlanta, Georgia, I sat in disbelief as Barbara Loe Fisher of the NVIC (National Vaccine Information Center) told the audience that one day proof of vaccination status would be required to travel by plane, bus, or rail, and rent a car. “That will never happen here,” I thought.

​

Today it’s worse. “Where are your vaccine passports?” Sporting events, concerts, restaurants, schools, buses, trains, planes are demanding masks and vaccines in greater numbers. Everyone is knuckling under to medical fascism. It’s going to get a lot worse unless we do something.

​

Today in many jurisdictions, Chiropractors and natural healers are told they need to vaccinate or they cannot practice. If it hasn’t happened to you yet, don’t kid yourself, it will.

​

What happened in 1999?

​

In 1999 my legal and science advisors created The Foundation for Health Choice, a non-profit organization, dedicated to the proposition that health freedom, the right for each individual to choose their path to wellness, is a fundamental human right.  We created this foundation just after the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) dropped “false advertising” charges against me for writing that vaccines could be harmful.

My eyes were opened. Here I was, writing chiropractic patient education literature, and the full force of one of the most powerful federal government agencies came down on me and Koren Publications. It was never about Koren Publications, the government goes after individuals to affect entire industries, entire populations (ask anyone who has ever been to IRS court, one trial decision affects every US taxpayer).

Had I lost, it would have been illegal for all chiropractors to educate the public, to give lay lectures, to advertise – unless it was all government approved. A $10,000 a day fine was threatened for each incident where you said, distributed, or wrote the “wrong” thing, that was not government approved by the government’s medical “experts.”

​

My eyes were opened. We created The Foundation for Health Choice to fight government overreach into our health freedom. It worked!

Victories

 

In the following years the Foundation helped

End the US military Anthrax vaccine mandate

Worked to create an Arkansas philosophical exemption to vaccine mandates and

Supported many efforts to retain individual consumers’ rights to choose health options in addition to radiation, surgery, and drugs.

In today’s world of complex health decisions, it is increasingly necessary, for the continued wellbeing of individuals and communities, to ensure that the freedom to choose health options remains in full force.

​

The US Supreme Court has actually given us legal advice. I kid you not. Read on:

In the case Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn v. Cuomo, November 25, 2020, The US Supreme Court sketched an out-line of a strategy to retain the health freedoms Americans embrace as fundamental.  The Foundation for Health Choice plans to fill in the legal possibilities suggested by this Court decision. 

​

We have many allies in the Chiropractic, Natural Healing, Consumer (general public) and related communities dedicated to individual rights.  Individual rights need to be protected by individuals. You and me.

​

That is why I am asking each of you to help us fill in the health freedom spaces suggested by the court.

​

Serious Legal Questions

 

The current health landscape raises serious legal questions. First and foremost, can an individual be forced to take a vaccine? If so, by whom and under what conditions?  Also, whether an individual chooses to vaccinate or not, other health choices need legal clarification.  Our Foundation plans to make significant contributions to the legal effort to advance health freedom in employment, education, travel, free speech, and other aspects of daily living. We need your help in this effort.

Help us, help you, help your families, community, profession

• You can help by telling us your ideas about legal openings you see and pointing out health freedom cases filed, argued or concluded.

• You can help us to build a network of legal and other professionals able to work with us on legal, legislative and regulatory health choice initiatives. 

• Our general counsel Jim Turner has organized a network of lawyers and fact experts experienced in vaccine cases, federal and state health regulation and constitutional rights to work with us on the foundation’s legal strategy.

 

Jim is a fighter with numerous victories. Over the years I’ve worked with him I’ve been amazed when he looks at a case and has told me, “They are going to lose.” “Why, I asked.” “Poor strategy”, was often his answer.  At other times he’s told me, “They know what they are doing, I think they’ll win this case.” He’s almost always right. He’s been fighting for health care freedom for over half a century.

​

Jim represented me to stop the FTC’s attack on my writings. It was never just about me or just about chiropractic – midwives, body workers, massage therapists, nutritionists were all in the FTC/FDA sights (they are sister agencies).  

​

After a 6 ½ year legal battle their attack on me, chiropractic and natural healing was destroyed. But we knew they would be back. And they are!

​

By the way, Jim played key roles advancing consumer access to dietary supplements (the FDA wanted to make vitamins by prescription only). Jim’s strategy helped stop that. Jim also fought to advance consumer freedom to choose for acupuncture, homeopathy, organic food, nutrition information, and other health choices.

​

WE CAN DO IT BECAUSE WE ARE ORGANIZING AN UNBEATABLE COALITION of consumers, producers and health care providers. When we join forces, freedom of health advances. When we sit back, we lose.

​

Jim subscribes to President Kennedy’s Consumer Bill of Rights: Safety, Information, Choice and Redress.  We agree.  Our foundation’s legal strategy rests on these principles.

​

Then there is the money.  Along with the good ideas, careful planning and skilled staff, the Foundation (organized as a 501 (c) 3 charity making gifts to it tax deductible) needs the funds to fight to win. Our goal is to sign up 1000 individuals giving $40 a month for the duration of the health freedom of choice campaign. This is the strategy we used successfully in our 6 ½ year FTC battle.  Currently we have $150,000 in matching funds pledged to our legal strategy. We intend to raise more matching money as well as the 1000 individual $40 monthly donations plus individuals willing to donate more. We need to be assured of monthly donations so we can organize an ongoing legal strategy.

We are NOW in the process of launching our legal strategy.  But we need help, we need additional resources so our staff can begin to effectively process the information, contacts, and opportunities we ask you to provide us and our legal experts because we will be fighting in every state. Our team will also be working with international lawyers and fighters for health care freedom.  We humbly ask that you become one of the 1000 $40 a month contributors to this effort.  If you can afford to give more, please do so. The choice may be the cost of one adjustment or office visit a month to the (tax deductible) Foundation for Health Choice or no adjustments ever again.

This is no idle threat. If they can own our bodies by forcing vaccinations, they can mandate nearly anything.

​

How many Doctors of Chiropractic have gone to prison to fight for the freedom to practice their profession? How many Doctors went to prison, faced fines and poverty to fight for their patients to have the freedom to choose chiropractic and natural healing? Would you do that? One small donation a month is all we are asking for. Later it may be too late.

​

How many times in history have historians looked back and said, “If this small thing was done at this time, this terrible thing would never have occurred; war would have been averted, a people would never have been enslaved, millions of deaths would have been prevented, freedoms would have been preserved.”

​

Giving now may save millions from death, disease, and poverty that no amount of money given later could prevent.

Please do not wait! Do it now!  Any donation of any size for any duration is welcome and will be matched.  Everyone can contribute ideas, money, and both. Let’s get serious, let’s get very serious, we may not have the opportunity we have now.

We strongly believe that to effectively address our deteriorating contemporary health care situation we must engage all the resources—body, mind and spirt—of every individual available to take part in the effort.  The Foundation for Health Choice plans to move forward on the health choice agenda using the legal approach I have outlined here.  We ask each of you to help this foundation.
